Executif-Chef David GRABOWSKI and His Team Worked in France For Executif chefs and sous-chefs such as Michel Bras,Michel Guérard,Guy Savoy,Anne-Sophie Pic,Gaston Lenôtre,Arnaud Lallement and In U.K at Michel Blanc's "Manoir au quatres saisons"(Oxford). David has also been travelling in several countries to improve his knowledges in international food (Maroco,Greece,Spain,Germany,Holland,Italy...) In St Martin he worked at "Le Santal","Jean-Dupont" and "ô plongeoir" restaurants before taking over"L'escapade" 's kitchen.After Almost twenty years of experience ,he made his own style,and strives for intense flavors without excessive cream or fat.His food has a little of asian and oriental influences. Which would simply be a nice fusion of their differents experiences around the world.
Thirty years ago,it was Creole shack on a beach in a sleepy fishing village. Today it's a smart restaurant serving fine french cuisine with asian and oriental accent,including fresh Carribean lobster from the tank,but it is still on the beach . Grand Case bay now has as much pleasure boats as local fishing boats. The view across the bay of Anguilla is still spectacular and the sea breezes still carress you as you dine in the waterfront sitting.
